How can I pay?
1) You can pay by credit/debit card securely via this website.
2) You can pay by the Revolut app via your smart phone.
3) For business customers, we can invoice you electronically and you can pay online.
Are there any hidden fees/taxes?
No, there are no hidden fees. The prices quoted include 23% VAT (Value Added Tax) already.
Can we come pick up our boxes instore?
No, we do not have instore pick-up. At the moment, all sales are strictly online. You cannot come and pick-up items, we will organise to deliver them.
What are the delivery charges?
1) €4.99 Local to us, within 6km of our location in Dublin 13 (any size order).
2) €9.99 Rest of Co. Dublin (any size order).
3) €9.99 Rest of Ireland, delivery for all orders up to 10kg (Student/Mini Moving Kit)
4) €14.99 Rest of Ireland, for all orders between 10kg and 20kg. (Duo Moving Kit)
5) €19.99 Rest of Ireland, for all orders from 20kg-50kg (Family/Ultimate Family Kits)
For custom orders, please do not hesitate to ask us what the appropriate delivery charge is.
Please note, if you choose the wrong delivery charge for your order, we will notify you of this via email. Your order will not be processed until the correct charge is paid.
What company do you use for delivery?
We use UPS, which we have found to be the best courier of our products. We also use our own in-house delivery team on very large orders. Either way, your order is in good hands. Once your order is on the way, we will email you a tracking number for UPS, and from there you can follow your items to your door!
When will I receive my delivery?
We endeavour to have your order delivered to you within 2 to 3 days.
If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday you should receive your order by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. If you need an order urgently, just drop us an email and we will try our best to expedite the delivery process for you but this is not guaranteed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach your order number to the email.
If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel your order and issue you a refund.
If your order has already been shipped (picked up by the courier) you will incur the cost of returning the order to us. Once returned orders are in resaleable condition, we will endeavour to refund you within 7 days (minus any delivery charges we have incurred). Please note, we normally ship our orders before 11am Monday to Friday.
Are your boxes eco friendly?
Yes, our boxes are made with corrugate sourced from FSC certified manufacturers. Every box is a combination of sustainably grown paper materials and recycled content. Our boxes are 100% recyclable and 100% biodegradable. All inks used are water based.

Are your boxes new and unused?
Yes, all of our boxes are new and unused. There won't be any tape stuck to them, no knife marks from previous owners and no debris from its previous contents. They are exactly as they were leaving the factory. They are designed for home removals and for long term storage and not for any other purpose.
